Indoor pool
Swimming a few lengths or sliding down the waterslide is all possible at EuroParcs Ruinen's indoor swimming pool. Even in bad weather, you can enjoy the warm water. The little ones can splash around in the separate paddling pool. On weekdays, there are swimming lessons in between.
Dog playground
At EuroParcs Ruinen, you will find a dog play area. At the dog play meadow, dogs can run free and run around. The meadow is fenced and there are several pieces of playground equipment. It is also possible to wash your dog here.
Restaurant EuroParcs Ruinen
Come and enjoy a meal or snack at Friends ‘n Bites! Take a seat inside for a cup of coffee and a slice of cake, lunch with a tasty panini and, in the afternoon, find a spot on the terrace for a drink with snacks. Our menu features delicious burgers, schnitzels and loaded fries. For children, there is a Yuki Kids Meal and delicious ice cream desserts.
Reservations can be made at the restaurant itself. If the restaurant is closed, reservations can be made at reception.

National park Dwingelderveld

In De Hondsrug UNESCO Global Geopark, you can search for traces of the ice ages: the ridges and valleys of the area were formed during these periods. And not only that, you will also find dolmens, burial mounds and the remains of cart tracks! Apart from the archaeological treasures, the area is known for its beautiful nature with forests, heaths and streams.
Wildlands Adventure Zoo
At Wildlands it is possible, making a world expedition in one day. In Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen you will travel together through the jungle, the polar region and the savannah.
